Who we are

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, work email, mobile, company, UEN (if provided), role, company size, the solutions you are interested in, your message, and your preferred contact method. When you use the Solution Finder, we log your answers and the recommended solution.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and set up a scoping conversation. That is the main purpose. If you actively opt in, we will also send occasional Aidavax updates. The marketing opt-in box is unticked by default — we never pre-tick it.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not pass your data to third parties for their own use. We use your data only to deliver the work you asked for.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you would like your records deleted, email sales@aidavax.com and we will remove them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing sales@aidavax.com. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your enquiry.
Governing law
This notice and our handling of your data are governed by the laws of Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
